The Annual HBL India Managers Conference, held from August 7th to 9th in Mumbai, India, was a resounding success! For three days, our team in India immersed themselves in learning and training sessions that covered a broad range of topics essential to HBL’s continued growth.
The conference gave the team valuable insights and the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the business, collaborate and share their ideas. By sharing best practices and knowledge through cross-functional learning, our managers were able to gain fresh perspectives and bring new ideas to the table. The team discussed key areas such as business overview, new developments, recruitment and onboarding, training, the trainee manager programme, health and safety, compliance, loss prevention, stock inventory, and rewards and recognition.
As a result of these discussions, the team achieved an enhanced understanding of compliance, business development strategies, and a heightened awareness of health and safety practices.
