Meet the HBL Philippines Design Team! They are the talented bunch behind HBL’s captivating skill game designs, family entertainment centre layouts and other creative materials such as video presentations and exhibit flyers. Established in 2021, this talented team has grown from just two designers to a powerhouse of eight, each bringing unique skills and creative flair to the table.
Consisting of Jomarie Cruz, Christopher Dingson, Jean-Pierre Tejada, Aries Haresco, Yull Zamora, Vince Moreno, Avegail Bonete, the HBL Philippines Design Team start their day by tracking new design requests globally while working on ongoing projects. Tasks are then distributed among the team members based on their individual skills and current availability. This system helps maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and the quality of work remains top-notch.
Despite this streamlined process, the team do encounter a few challenges. One of the challenges includes handling an extremely varying scope of projects, which requires the team to adapt and stay flexible in managing their workload. Their responsibilities can range from working on high-profile projects for new skill game operations or Family Entertainment Centres at upcoming sites to designing visuals and layouts for tradeshows and exhibitions. This variety keeps their work interesting and shows how skilled they are and how flexible they can be in taking on many different creative tasks.
