In June 2024, Adventureland Iowa proudly introduced a thrilling addition to its 50th-anniversary celebrations with the launch of HBL’s 13 new skill games! With nearly 100 years of experience, HBL is excited to team up with Adventureland Iowa to bring unforgettable experiences to park guests.
The new games lineup features crowd-favorites like the classic Ring Toss, Hook a Duck, Pyramid Smash, Blockbuster, Rebound, and Lobster Pot. We’ve also added other unique games such as Water Gun Fun, Derby Downs, Cat Rack, Short Range, Frog Bog, Fish Pond, and Sea Challenge. Visitors can compete for a wide variety of prizes, including HBL bananas, HBL Huskies, and jelly monsters, as well as licensed prizes from franchises such as Super Mario, Spongebob Squarepants, and Squishmallows.HBL has also launched a new Family Entertainment Centre at the Penny Arcade, blending classic arcade nostalgia with the latest modern games to create a fun and engaging experience for visitors of all ages.
