Adventure Charity Event – Vietnam

A massive congratulations to the HB Leisure sponsored team who came 4th in ‘Raid Amazones’ challenge.

The ‘Raid Amazones’ has taken place since 2002 and is a French All Women multi-sport competition based on discovery, adventure and solidarity with the community and the environment. The team was led by Evelyne Marmottan an alpine ski instructor and volunteer firewoman, and her colleague Lucie Laffay.

In 2019 the competition took place in October in Vietnam, with 280 female participants participating in a demanding range of sporting disciplines including running, canoeing, cycling and archery.

HBL fully supports the values of adventure and endurance shown by Evelyne and Lucie, and in particular their support of the Etoiles des Neiges charity for cystic fibrosis.
